Enjoy fresh herbs and melted butter steamed together with a pacific salmon fillet!
Steamed Pacific Salmon Fillet
1 piece (2 pounds) Pacific salmon OR halibut
2 Tbl. chopped fresh basil OR 2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. fresh parsley
3 Tbl. butter
Juice from 1 lemon
Place fish on a large double sheet of heavy foil. Sprinkle basil, rosemary and parsley over fish. Add butter, dotted evenly over fish. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Seal foil tightly to retain juices. Bake or grill at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Fish is done when flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with additional fresh herbs, if desired.
