Summer time and BBQ. They go together so well! Pork sandwiches barbecue style are delicious and easy to fix for a lunch or dinnertime treat! Plus, so simple! Use leftover pork loin roast sliced thick or shredded and add plenty of barbecue sauce. Perfect any time of year.
Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches with Jamaican BBQ Sauce
1 lb. leftover left over pork loin, or any amount you have
1 recipe Jamaican BBQ Sauce (recipe follows)
5 or 6 tasted hamburger buns or hard rolls, cut in half
Heat leftover pork loin and shred with a fork. Add BBQ sauce till shredded pork is coated to desired taste. Spread cut surfaces of buns or rolls lightly with butter. Place shredded pork on bottom halves of buns or rolls. Add BBQ sauce to taste and cover with bun or roll tops.
Jamaican BBQ Sauce
1 ½ c. cider vinegar
4 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbl. Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbl. prepared mustard
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. flavor enhancer (Cookies, etc.)
1 c. catsup
1 Tbl. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (6oz. can) tomato paste
Mix the above ingredients well, pour into any quart jar, large catsup bottle, etc., and put a lid on it. Pop into the fridge until you are ready to use it.

– Unlike some BBQ sauce recipes, this does not require cooking. Just blend and refrigerate.
