I always love trying new things in the kitchen, but sometimes I just love my farm girl meat and potatoes! Crunchy-Top Ham & Potato Casserole is perfect for the cold weather recipe!
Crunchy-Top Ham & Potato Casserole
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup (10-¾ oz.)
½ c. butter, melted
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cubed cooked ham
½ tsp. ground pepper
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes
¼ c. butter, melted
Combine all casserole ingredients and mix well. Place in a 9x13inch baking dish. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
