Asian Baked Salmon

Asian Baked Salmon

I don’t make a lot of seafood, being from the Midwest, we don’t get a lot of it and its not fresh. But I loved this Asian seasoning on salmon fillets. I made it  in individual foil packets, so it cleans up well! Baked Salmon

Asian Baked Salmon

4 (4oz.) salmon fillets

6 green onions, chopped

¼ c. chicken broth

2 Tbl. orange juice

1 Tbl. sesame oil

1 Tbl. soy sauce

2 tsp. grated ginger or ½ tsp. dried

¼ tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Make 4 ‘Boxes’ from aluminum foil. Place 1 fillet in each ‘box’, leaving top open. Sprinkle each fillet with chopped onions. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce. Drizzle evenly over fillets.

Press edges of foil together and seal to loosely enclose salmon. Place well spaced on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve over a bed of greens, rice or noodles.
